We would like to announce the date for our 2026 Annual Memorial will be held on Thursday November 5th from 3:30pm-5pm at Serra Mesa/ Kearny Mesa Library.

We invite our Beloved Topkare Hospice Community to gather together to honor and remember those who transitioned. The ceremony welcomes the community to participate and bring a photo of a loved one and/or a pet. We will create an universal table of remembrance to honor all types of grief and those who are no longer on this earthly plane. We will provide flowers and fire safety candles. The service is sacredly crafted and hosted by the Topkare Staff and Volunteers. The service will include live music, a special water ceremony with dissolvable paper and include a bubble blessing send off. We will have dessert and a small take home gift. Lastly, we are collecting photos in advance for a slideshow and if you want to submit a photo please text 858.833.0546 by Oct. 29th.
