Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body. These points are believed to be connected by pathways that conduct energy, called meridians, and stimulating these points is thought to balance the flow of energy, or qi (pronounced "chee"), within the body.

During an acupuncture treatment, a trained practitioner will carefully insert these needles into specific points on your body. The needles are typically very thin, so most people feel little to no pain during the insertion. Once the needles are in place, you may feel sensations like tingling, warmth, or a dull ache, which is often interpreted as the body's energy being influenced.

Acupuncture is commonly used to treat a variety of conditions, including pain management, stress reduction, anxiety, digestive issues, and even fertility problems. Some people find it helpful for alleviating symptoms and improving overall well-being.

We are aiming to create a tranquil and distraction-free environment where everyone can fully immerse themselves in relaxation to receive their acupuncture treatment(s). Since everyone is in one room we ask to turn off, or silence your cell phones, to help promote a quiet setting for all of those getting an acupuncture treatment. It as an opportunity to unplug and fully engage in the present moment and make the most of the experience. We express our gratitude and thank you for honoring our sacred community acupuncture sanctuary.
