Topkare Hospice offers several Free Monthly Community Events every month. The 2nd Tuesday of each month we have an In-Person Grief Gathering from 6pm-7pm. These gatherings are held at our corporate office 7071 Convoy Court Suite 101, San Diego, CA 92111. We also offer a Free Monthly Mindfulness Meditation Streaming Live from our YouTube page https://youtube.com/@topkarehospicesandiego?si=ySleMMP69fcMj4La the 3rd Monday of each Month from 9am-9:30am PST. Our talented volunteer Alice Kochunov is joined with our Bereavement & Volunteer Coordinator Rebekah Finn and the meditations are uploaded to view if you can’t join us live. Additionally, we offer a Free Sound Experience the Last Sunday of Each Month at our office 7071 Convoy Court Suite 101, San Diego, CA 92111 from 3pm-4pm. In February, we added a new Online Grief Talking Circle the last Tuesday of the month from 6pm-7pm. This is led by one of our Bereavement Volunteers Clausia Faerber and if you would like more information please email grief@topkare.com to learn more and how to register. Lastly, we have Partnered with Pacific College Acupuncture Students Intern Program. All Interns choose to want to learn about how Acupuncture can provide support to the community, end of life, hospice care and grief support. We offer Free Weekly Auricular Acupuncture with Sound Experience on Tuesdays for the Community at 1pm. We have 14 week sessions and appointment times available at 1pm, 2:15pm, 2:45pm, 3:15pm and 3:45pm.
